Scene: Romeo has just heard that Juliet is lieing in the Capulet’s tomb and is waiting for his arrival by the time she wakes up so they can run off and live together to a house in Mantua.
By nightfall, Romeo sneaks quietly through the door, entering the Capulet’s tomb. He walks and sees Juliet lieing there surrounded by candles. Then he goes to her side, as she starts to wake up from her sleep, and then sees Romeo. They kiss and say there loving words to each other. A second later, Capulet, Mrs. Capulet, and Paris arrive through the front door and stand watching Romeo kiss Juliet. As emotions erupt, Capulet balls up his fist and charges at Romeo, but Juliet gets up and leaps in front of Romeo and calms her father. They both announce to the Capulets and Paris that they are engaged, and that they don’t want anymore conflicts between the Capulets and the Montagues. Then, Mr. and Mrs. Capulet and Montague aree to end the fued and Romeo and Juliet move into a castle in Mantua.
